An opening to a sureal world is lay before us, if we let ourselves be taken away by the individual and timeless music of the Bulgarian Vataff Project. A tone, almost timeless in its vibrations, building in electronic momentum with playful modular tones, reguardless of there electoronic beginings they lighten with almost natural form when the listener is free to make the connection. Then driving in from the background, a monotone hypnotic beat, composed of a miriad of sounds and rythems, sometimes so different in there splashing and wering but still joining in a definate rythem structure and timing. The placing and effect of the sounds sometimes gives the feeling of near and distance, sometimes high tones direct in our sound consious then changes to flat base that gives the feeling of space melting into the background. Then an emotional wave of hypnotic and almost exotic singing voices, like an ancient people suspended in space for imortality. The music and feel from Vataff Project is difficult to connect to the roots of classical electronic music, if i had to diffine there direction i would say it is a mixture of experimental, downbeat psychelelic and ambient IDM. Dear reader listen carefully to this surreal tonal world , relax take a deep breath and dive into this beautiful musical audio landscape.
